back to real life

i've had a long week. i'm drained but filled at the same time. after weeks like this i always feel thankful for those little things that warm my heart.

1. being home. my bed. my pillow. my shower. my familiar surroundings.
2. crackling fireplaces. wishing we had one that worked...
3. being related to this little munchkin. just his picture makes my heart smile.
4. this little girl for letting me hold her today. nothing makes you feel better than a baby in your arms.
i have a lot of catching up to do this week. why do i always feel like i'm forcing myself to snap back to reality?
