O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree

The Christmas decorations are up!  I love decorating my house for Christmas.  I'm not an over-the-top kind of person, but when it comes to Christmas I might be pushing it...and I don't care.  :)  I distinctly remember when I was moving this spring someone saying "This is the third box marked Christmas decorations I have carried out to the truck!". 

Since I was about 10 I've been collecting Christmas Trees.  It's always so fun to get them all out every year.  

This is one of my favorites.  She's so cute with her tree topper hat and angel wings.

I love this tree picture frame with a picture of my little sister and I.  Classically in matching PJs and bowl haircuts.

I think my sister, Anne made me this in shop class in high school! HA!

This was one of the first trees in my collection.

 

I try to remember to write the year on the bottom of each one so I can remember when I got them and from who.  This one was 1993, the year we moved to Iowa.

Moving on to my favorite room of the house, the living room.  This green wreath is my favorite one I made.  I could have one of these hanging in every room of my house...but that might be just a little too much.. :)

And the tree...the real star of the show.  My roommates and I decorated it last night while drinking hot chocolate and watching a Christmas movie.  So magical!
